Signage Guidelines & Color Schemes
The signage guidelines include an example of typical sign types in 6 color palettes that can be easily applied to large-scale signage projects. We ask that you work with your project manager and marketing to select the color palette that works best with your exterior paint colors. Then, provide these guidelines to your signage vendor.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are only replacing select signs at your community, we recommend that your signage vendor matches the design of your existing signage.
