Her workload has more than doubled, but she ensures that I am successful and supported in my new role. She does not have to do any of those things, but she does. To me, that is true integrity!

Act With IntegrityJulie Brown is an amazing woman, I see her every time I go to walk the dog and she greets me with the biggest smile. Bernardo Crest is lucky to have an optimistic worker like her, she’s always hard at work but also has time to say hi to the local residents!
Julie Brown has been such a fixture in our community. She is always kind and helpful when we see her around! It is nice to have a great “go - to” person on site!

Lead At Every LevelWe have had nothing but good things with the onsite maintenance manager. He is professional, efficient, reliable and personable. He goes out of his way to assist us and has been so helpful with getting us in touch with the management. He even saw that we had left our garage door opened and reached out to see if we needed it closed. Do Right With Urgency have been living at Fountains at River Oaks Apartments for two years now, and I must say that the maintenance team is absolutely top-notch. In particular, I have had many interactions with Jorge Tamayo, and he has always gone above and beyond to ensure that any repairs or issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Recently, I had a package that was delivered to the wrong address, and Jorge actually took the time to bring it to my apartment. I was blown away by his kindness and dedication to making sure that everything was taken care of. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the maintenance team at Fountains at River Oaks Apartments. Thank you so much, Jorge and the rest of the team, for all that you do!
