SOCIAL MEDIA MONTHLY TOOLKIT
Each month, the marketing and communications team will provide you with a social media toolkit to assist you with building your content calendar and posting timely and relevant information to your Facebook and Instagram pages. The purpose of this toolkit is to enhance your social media presence and to complement any content you have already planned throughout the month.
Included in this toolkit, you will find a calendar of suggested posts, recommended copy, images, and graphics, as well as ideas, tips, and recommendations for developing creative social media content.
RESOURCE GUIDE
Every other month beginning in January 2021, we will be hosting a 60-minute drop-in social media session where we'll be covering best practices for posting creative, engaging and relevant content to your property Facebook and Instagram pages. Keep an eye out for our next course!
EMAIL SIGNATURE ICONS
If you would like to include the social icons in your email signature, please use the following icons. To save, simply hover your mouse over the icon, and selet "Save image as..." and save to your desktop.
To place social icons in your email signature:
1. Go to your Outlook email signature, and scroll down and click on the area where you would like to place your icons.
2. Insert icons from your desktop by clicking the image icon show below.
3. To link your icons to your social pages, right click on the image > link > and insert the URL for your social page in the "Address" field. Click "OK" to save and exit.
*Below are phone numbers that you can include on your Instagram profile that will allow marketing to track it as an ad source. Include them in the bio of your profile for contact information.
