E-Way acts as the central authority for operational processes. As such, all process changes, communications, projects, or tasks that impact property operations are vetted through E-Way.
E-Way uses a software called Promapp to maintain and update processes for property operations. Promapp is used by all members of the organization as the source of truth for standard operating procedures (SOPs) for property operations.

E-Way Operating Model
The E-Way operating model is structured to standardize information flow, which allows the organization to maintain a disciplined yet highly collaborative culture, providing a clear path to evaluate, prioritize, approve, and effectively implement all changes to property operations.
The E-Way operating model requires that all process changes, communications, projects, or tasks that impact property operations are vetted through E-Way, and approved by the Senior Operations Council prior to implementation.
