Dental Plans
The company offers three types of dental plans, one DHMO plan and two PPO plans.
DHMO Plan: You have to select a dentist in the carrier's network, similar to a medical HMO plan. You see that dentist for all of your dental care.
PPO Plan (1K): You can see a PPO dentist or go out-of-network completely. The plan pays less if you go out-of-network. The Maximum Annual Benefit is $1000.
PPO Plan (2K): You can see a PPO dentist or go out-of-network completely. The plan pays less if you go out-of-network. The Maximum Annual Benefit is $2000.
