Big changes are on the horizon for how we manage our HR services at Essex. We have been working hard behind-the-scenes to bundle our systems together so that they are quicker, easier, and more effective. Beginning March 18, 2019, UltiPro, Kronos, and Success Factors will all be replaced by our new, all-in-one HR service solution: Workday.
 
What is Workday?
Workday is a single system used to manage the HR tasks that we engage in every day. Because Workday is hosted in the cloud, you will be able to manage all your tasks in one place – no more logging into multiple systems.
