Contact Center

The Contact Center Team is composed of 65 agents across 3 geographic locations. The  team fields all  intial propsect inquires that come in through 1 of our 4 communication channels (Phone, Email, Chat & SMS). The team operates between 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday and observe all the major holidays in alignment with Essex.
