iCIMS Associate Dashboard
After launch, all Associates will see the iCIMS application available in SSO. When using this app, Associates can view their profile, browse for open jobs, submit an application and view the status of their application.

iCIMS Manager Dashboard
Managers can access the portal in the same way they currently do via the iCIMS application in SSO.
What's different is that a new dashboard chart allows managers to view internal candidates separately from external candidates, making it easier to identify current E-Team members that are a good fit.
Another great feature to benefit our internal candidates is the ability to route current manual forms, such as the Internal Transfer/Promotion Request Form, through the recruiting workflow. This will streamline the process and eliminate email clutter.
