At Essex, the Human Resources department uses two primary systems to manage our associates' work lives:

• Workday: Workday manages your HR profile, payroll, benefits, time tracking, personal information and performance evaluations.
• iCIMS: Used by Recruiters and Hiring Managers, our new recruitment platform is used to create new job requisitions, track the status of jobs/candidates as managers navigate through the recruiting workflow.  
• Learning Bridge: Available to all Essex Associates for assigned and available learning courses and events. Take the opportunity to expand current skills or develope new ones. Learning Bridge is your system for career growth.
