Asset Management Dept maximizes asset values through enhancement improvements and asset preservation projects. This department has multiple groups including Construction Management Services (CMS), Redevelopment, Resource Management (RM), Design, Asset Management, and AMG Contracts. CMS handles capital improvements projects, examples include roofing, building systems, windows, parking lot resealing/striping, boilers, and exterior and common area paint flooring and paint projects. Redevelopment performs construction on renovations and other revenue generating projects. RM identifies, underwrites, and executes sustainability projects (utility reduction) in conjunction with CMS. Design oversees paint project and amenity upgrades including leasing offices, and develops apartment finish specifications. Asset Management oversees and identifies the appropriate capital allocation (revenue generating and non-revenue generating projects) through the life cycle of each asset and is also responsible to identify and underwrite revenue generating projects. AMG Contracts administrates and oversees all contracts and costs tracking for the department.
