What is the Essex Service Rewards Program?

As a token of appreciation for loyalty and service, Essex wants to present a special thank you to E-Team members who have dedicated five years or more of service to the success of our company. The Service Rewards gift is given in the form of a bonus delivered after each five-year increment of employment and is accompanied by a letter from President & CEO, Mike Schall.

When did the Program roll out?

The new program went into effect on January 1, 2019, and now offers a larger reward of $1,000 at the five-year mark plus increasing bonuses every five years thereafter.  

Who is eligible for the Program?

Associates who have been with Essex for five years or more at the Director level and below are eligible to receive Service Rewards. If you are on a leave of absence while celebrating your anniversary, the gift will be awarded upon your return from leave. Eligibility for the program will be terminated upon submission of a letter of resignation.

How is my Anniversary Date determined?

Your Anniversary Date is determined based on your last hire date.

What is the Bonus Gift based on the years of service?

 

When will I receive my Bonus Gift?

Your Bonus Gift will be automatically added to your paycheck and your Anniversary Date will decide which pay period the bonus will fall. If your Anniversary Date is between the 1st through the 15th of the month, the bonus will appear on the first paycheck of your anniversary month. Anniversary Dates that are between the 16th through the end of the month will be awarded on the second paycheck.
