Essex Cares emanates from Essex’s Corporate Social Responsibility program.  The overall purpose of Essex Cares is to assist segments of the community that are in need.  It seeks to galvanize Essex’s spirit of giving and desire to help create stronger communities in an enduring way.

Essex Cares is governed by a committee made up of designates from senior management, corporate departments, and executive advisors.  The committee establishes the programs and strategy for Essex Cares and reviews and approves requests for assistance grants.
