The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee reviews and monitors the activities and practices that promote diversity, equal opportunity, and fair treatment for employees of the Company.  Senior management and various departments are represented in this committee, which is chaired by the SVP of Human Resources.  The DEI committee was established in July 2019 and meets monthly.
