The Capital and Maintenance Services (CMS) team has grown in its size to meet the needs of the company and improve our assets. Essex Property Trust has made a commitment to address deferred Capital items. We are entrusted to make prudent decisions for our investors to ensure the long term success of our assets. We are committed to the safety of our residents and employees. Lastly, we are working to develop a long term Capital plan for our assets.

There is a variety of information available to all of our E-team members and we will continually update our section with the most up to date information and is not limited to the above discussed items.
