Performance Evaluations

Annual performance evaluations are a key component of associate development. It is the opportunity to review performance, set goals for professional development, establish objectives for contributing to Essex’s mission, and discuss expectations and accomplishments. This process also creates a partnership between the supervisor and associate.  Evaluations are conducted in Success Factors, our web-based performance management system.

2018 Performance Evaluations begin October 1st.
Associates hired prior to July 3rd  are eligible for an evaluation.

2018 GOALS: All current associates MUST  have a minimum of 2 goals entered for 2018, regardless of hire date. This must be completed before the performance evaluation process begins for this year. PLEASE NOTE ASSOCIATES CANNOT ENTER THEIR OWN GOALS. THESE MUST BE ENTERED BY THE MANAGER.

OPERATIONS: 
All Maintenance will be completed by the Maintenance Supervisor and then sent to Community Manager for 2nd level review/approval. Maintenance team forms will be on the Supervisor's dashboard to complete.
