We're committed to the growth and success of our teams. That's why we establish annual goals for each and every Essex associate. Within the next few weeks, managers and associates should agree on 2-4 goals and enter them into Success Factors.  Goals should be SMART: specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound.
