In February, we celebrate Black History Month, reflecting on the accomplishments and advancements of African Americans throughout our nation's history. Although February has been dedicated as the official month to celebrate Black History, every day is an occasion to highlight African American contributions and vital roles in shaping America's history. This year's theme is Black Health and Wellness, which focuses on African American activities, rituals, and initiatives that promote wellness.

The DEI Action Team has created a Buzz page to celebrate African American history and culture in addition to recognizing African American leaders, artists, entrepreneurs, innovators, scholars, and medical practitioners. Please visit our Buzz page to learn more and join the celebration!
