Passport Unlimited connects customers and businesses through exclusive offers and discounts available to employees at participating companies in California. Essex recently joined Passport Unlimited to provide the following offer to companies currently in the program:

$350 OFF MOVE-IN COSTS WITH A NEW 12- TO 18-MONTH LEASE

Beginning March 1, 2021, this offer can be redeemed by new residents in addition to any other current concession or discount. Prospects must mention Passport Unlimited during their first visit to be eligible to receive the discount. Payment will be processed after the resident has lived in the apartment for 60 days and will be issued electronically as a credit toward their monthly rent payment.
