Congrats to Tanya Arcilla, who has just been promoted to Area Manager II! In this role, Tanya will continue to oversee the Orange County region.
 
Tanya has over 12 years of experience in the multi-family industry, and she began her career as a leasing specialist for BRE. From there she worked her way up to become a Senior Community Manager over multiple assets. While with BRE she also became a Certified Training Specialist.
 
Seeking new challenges in 2013, Tanya managed a high-rise property in Long Beach that was a mixture of ownership and rental apartment homes. She also proudly earned her Real Estate License. 
 
Strengthened by these new experiences, Tanya joined the Essex team in 2014 where she became an Area Manager I. Since then she has taken the helm at Essex Skyline at MacArthur Place, while also overseeing Axis 2300 and Pinnacle at MacArthur Place.   
 
In her free time Tanya stays active by hiking, mountain biking, dancing, and even sky diving.
