The OZ Principle: Steps to Accountability is taking hold with our leaders here at Essex.

The first phase of the new leadership program has rolled out to all Divisional VPs, Regional Managers, Community Managers, and Maintenance Supervisors. These leaders are taking the first steps in creating a culture of accountability that people want to be a part of, viewing accountability as a personal choice.

Not only are our Essex leaders living the principle, but they are showing their enthusiasm for it as well! Check out how Northern California Regionals Christine “Dorothy” Aiello and Don “the Tin Man” Kinney are keeping their teams inspired by paying a recent visit to several communities in full costume to discuss leadership and accountability.
