Let's give a big Essex welcome to Ben Egge, our new Regional Portfolio Manager. Ben will oversee the East Bay portfolio for Northern California. 

Ben has 14 years of multi-family housing experience, including serving as a Community Manager, General Manager, Area Manager and Director of Operations. He has supervised lease-ups, new construction and redevelopment projects, and most recently oversaw 31 assets in 4 different markets.

In his free time, Ben enjoys playing and coaching soccer, and spending quality time with his wife and four children.
