BRE signage update is underway

Tired of those old BRE signs? So are we! After conducting months of audits, we're excited to announce that we're beginning to replace the signage at BRE legacy communities. Permitting begins this month, and most of the signage will be updated by the end of the year.
Rollout schedule
Each BRE legacy community has been categorized into a district, which is primarily based on location. Below is the rollout schedule:

Rollout process
We'll be in touch with each community throughout the signage update process. Each community will also receive a standardized collateral package for the leasing office. Once your BRE signage has been updated/removed, you can remove the "a BRE community by Essex" from your email signature.
