The E-Team at Carmel Landing recently celebrated their residents with a Taco Tuesday event!

The team tells us, "One-third of the property is going through a major re-piping that requires vendors to enter resident apartments and cut holes in ceilings, walls, under sinks, etc. We are treating our residents with kid gloves and having events to help ease the pain. The project is running very smoothly so far."

For this recent event, a local vendor set up tents and grills and served up tasty taco treats. The celebration had a huge turnout, with a line from the leasing office to the mailboxes, as residents expressed their appreciation for the E-Team's extra efforts.
