Attention: PAYscan approvers

In an effort to make processing in Yardi more effortless for Purchase Order and/or Invoice Register approvers, we have added new links within the notification email.  

Why are we adding links?
Having links within the email will streamline the process and allow you to get to your dashboard instantly with just one click.

How does it work?
As always, you will receive an email notification when you have any PAYscan items that need your attention. The email will include links that will direct you to the Yardi Payscan Workflow Dashboard.

For reference, the email will appear like the image below:

Troubleshooting Tips

• Please note that there are different links depending on whether you are a Corporate approver or Operations (onsite) approver.
• You must also be logged into Yardi to use the Workflow dashboard links.
