An AVT Update from the Marketing Team

Our former Advanced Visual Technology (AVT) lead, Michael Kern, has moved on to a new chapter and is no longer with Essex.   

Photography and video are a vital part of our business, showcasing our communities and driving prospects to want to tour or rent. We use a combination of still photography, virtual tours, virtual staging and video to bring our communities to life and generate excitement for the prospect in calling this their new home.

Essex also uses photography and video for internal uses, such as recording company events, creating headshots, training, HR, and messages from senior management.

How do I schedule photography, virtual tours, or other AVT services? 
Tracy Sanchez, Marketing Support, will act as the interim first point of contact for scheduling AVT needs, and all AVT requests should be submitted to marketing@essex.com.

Marketing is working on developing processes aimed at increasing the accessibility of AVT services, including use of the internal Studio, and scheduling photography and virtual tours. In the next weeks, we will be contacting the departments who typically use AVT services, to establish points of contact and discuss foreseeable needs. We will also be reaching out to communities needing a refresh, virtual tours, undergoing redevelopment, newly opened or acquired, etc.
