This holiday season, Century Towers was able to collect an impressive 202 toys for donation to Toys for Tots. While the team worked together for the cause, it was Resident Relations Representative Justine DeLeon who really spearheaded the initiative for their community.

Motivated by helping so many families in need, Justine volunteered to lead the program.

From regrouping associates at the weekly E-hour meetings to provide updates on their efforts, to reminding residents to participate as she passed them by, Justine took it upon herself to consistently encourage the community to support the toy drive.

“The entire team rallied behind her and I’m so proud of them!” said Community Manager Danielle Reyes.

While Justine stood out by leading the charge, her perseverance influenced the community to work together for a great cause. In the end, the team exceeded their ambitious goal of collecting 200 toys.
