Belmont Terrace had an incredibly successful open house recently. With only three available apartments, they were able to rent two within the first two hours and the third later that day!
 
Sr. Assistant Manager Joe DeBenedetto offers three tips for other properties that he believes are owed to their success:

1. Let your current residents know about the open house – “Tell the people who already live and love it here that we have availability and they should have their friends come live with us. (Plus they get that great referral).”
    
2. Provide special snacks for guests to enjoy – “The better the treats you have to offer, the longer people will stay and linger and the busier the open house will appear. It helps create urgency.”
    
3. Take into consideration the timing of the event – Despite the office being closed on weekends, the open house was held on a Sunday in order to accommodate other schedules. “This provided an opportunity to show off what we have to offer on a special day.”
