From the 12/20 E-Hour: Effective this Friday, December 22, RentPayment.com will be deactivated for all properties. 

What is the purpose of deactivating RentPayment.com?

• RentPayment.com has been in use to accept holding deposits online for Essex alumni properties.
• With the new online application integration, RentPayment.com is no longer necessary as all holding deposits are paid online with the application. 

Which communities does this affect?
All Essex alumni properties.
