From the 11/29 E-Hour: To increase sustainability awareness and environmentally-friendly practices among our residents, we are updating the Community Handbook to include a “Green Community” section.

What does the Green Community section include?

• Appliance Instruction Manuals. In this new section, residents are asked to contact the leasing team if they require instructions on how to operate the Energy Star appliances in their unit. If you receive such a request, please reach out to our Director of Facilities, John Broos (jbroos@essex.com) for assistance.

When does this change go into effect?
The Community Handbook will include this update effective Friday, December 1.
