Attention: All Administrative Associates

From the 11/1 E-Hour, there is a new function in Yardi that allows associates to print the resident ledger.

Who does this affect?
All administrative associates.
 
What is the benefit of this change?

• A copy of the ledger is required when a unit goes to eviction.
• When researching a ledger, it can also be helpful to make notes on a hardcopy.

How do I access the print function?

• Access the Resident Ledger by going to Resident Screen > Reports > Ledger.
• Click on the Print button in the upper right corner (see screenshot below).
