At the 6th annual California Apartment Association San Diego Mission Awards, several Essex associates were recognized for their outstanding work in the rental housing industry.

• Form 15: Cole Jones, Maintenance Technician; Melissa Lopez, Leasing Specialist; Ramon Alcaraz, Maintenance Supervisor; Sarean Khliang, Assistant Manager; Tina Younan, Community Manager.

Special congratulations is due for Ramon Alcaraz, who won Maintenance Supervisor of the Year, and Justin Baker, Leasing Professional of the Year!

Of the achievement, Ramon says,

Thank you everyone for your support … it was an awesome night. This doesn’t only reflect my efforts,  it also reflects the support and tools provided by our peers in this great company to have a successful career.

Justin is also honored, adding,

I am so glad to have such a great Essex family and to have the opportunity everyday to build the communities so many people call home!
