Attention: All Leasing Office Associates

Last week we let you know that implementation of the Yardi/On-Site Integration will take place across the portfolio throughout October and November. All leasing office associates are required to complete training in advance of implementation. Please review the below to understand expectations and timeline. 

What is Yardi/On-Site Integration?
Within Yardi RENTCafé’s prospect portal, there is a new online application that automatically integrates into both Yardi Voyager and On-Site for the screening.

What are the benefits of integrating Yardi with On-Site?
We are excited to save everyone time by:

• Reducing duplicate data entry
  • All payments and data will integrate, including application attachments
• Improving the application process for prospects
  • Driving all prospects to apply online means less work for associates
  • We will have better tracking and reporting, all the way through to lease applications
• Integrating application and holding deposit payments
  • Automatic payment integration is especially useful for Bookkeepers and ACMs
• Standardization across the portfolio
  • All properties would use the same application and workflows
  • Since this integration will remove one of the last big differences between how different sites work, Associates will be better able to assist at and move between properties going forward.

Who is required to complete the training?
All leasing office associates, which includes:

• CMs
• ACMs
• Leasing Managers
• Leasing Specialists
• Bookkeepers
