Attention: All Associates

This Thursday, October 12 through Friday, October 13, the entire Operational Services team will be off-site for a meeting. 

Patience with response time
Please expect a delay in response from Ops Services associates during this time, which may also include the afternoon of Wednesday, October 11 due to travel. While associates will periodically check email, only urgent requests will receive immediate attention. We appreciate your patience while the team engages in this important meeting.

Urgent requests for Customer Care
Our Customer Care team will also be in attendance at this event. However, Customer Care will continue to monitor any urgent issues and also adhere to our one-business day turnaround time.

Urgent requests for Communications
Please continue to submit communications requests via the request form here as usual. The Communications team will also continue to monitor any urgent issues, particularly resident crisis communications.

Urgent requests for LMS
Any urgent requests for either Learning Bridge or Yardi eLearning should be sent directly to mmegenney@essex.com.
