Attention: All Leasing Office Associates

Completing Essex Rentcafé eLearnings as a Team
From the 10/4 E-Hour agenda, here are details for the fourthand final week in our Essex Rentcafé eLearning series.  During your community's E-Hour, all leasing office associates will complete one Essex Rentcafé eLearning topic as a team to ensure that teams remain up-to-date on Essex Rentcafé. If your team is behind on completing the Essex Rentcafé eLearning topics, you are still expected to complete the trainings. There's still time!

Last month, the Rentcafe helpline received a record 1,008 emails regarding Rentcafe questions. This training has been designed to address the most frequently asked questions. We hope you will find it of significant use in ensuring you are equipped with the knowledge you need, to be self-sufficient in Rentcafé use and resident support.

Essex Rentcafé eLearning: Who should complete the training?
Current leasing office associates, including: 

  • All Leasing Associates
  • All Resident Relations Reps
  • All Bookkeepers
  • All Assistant Community Managers
  • All Community Managers
  • [Maintenance associates may be excused, although they are welcome to participate.]

What are the eLearning topics?
There are four topics, with each tutorial lasting under 6 minutes. 

  • Week 1, 9/13/17 - Reset a Resident’s Account
  • Week 2, 9/20/17 - Making a One-Time Payment
  • Week 3, 9/27/17 - Auto-Pay Set-Up
  • Week 4, 10/4/17 - Primary Resident and Roommate Swap

 
How to access the eLearning?
CM’s should log into Yardi eLearning from a computer that is easy for multiple associates to view at a time. 

CM's can access the training by:

  1. Go to Okta SSO and click on Yardi eLearning. 
  2. Click on the eLearning scheduled for this week’s E-Hour
