Current Project Status
Earlier this year, we were excited to announce a forthcoming Yardi/On-Site Integration. Since then, we have implemented the new process at 21 communities; however, we were not able to roll this out to all properties as quickly as planned due to some technical challenges.

We will continue to work through these challenges and look forward to rolling out the new application with On-Site integration this fall!

Why are we excited about this?
There are so many great benefits with this new application with On-Site integration!

We are excited to save everyone time by reducing duplicate data entry, improving the online application process for prospects, and integrating application and holding deposit payments. Since this integration will remove one of the last big differences between how different sites work, Associates will be better able assist at and move between properties going forward.
