Courtney Dupree, Leasing Specialist at Fountain Park, welcomed her second child into the world on March 16. 

Baby Carter Corey's current pastimes include eating and spending time with his older brother, Caleb Jr., who is 4 years old.

Caleb Jr. is a great big brother, and enjoys singing to Carter, giving him tons of kisses and making him smile with joy. "Seeing these two interact is the best feeling ever," says Courtney, "and I'm excited to see them grow up together."
