To encourage resident participation, we need your support. 

Action Items: what on-site associates need to do
On-site teams can support this initiative by encouraging resident participation in the following ways:

• Community Managers should post this resident flyer in common areas:
  
  2017 NMHC Renter Preferences Survey - Resident Flyer
• Encourage resident participation in-person via casual interactions (lessees only)
  • "Hey, have you heard about the Renter Preferences Survey? You could win $500 for participating, and it takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Look for the link in your email."
