Out of the blue one day, longtime resident Melissa decided to surprise the Pathways team with a thank you card and enough cookies to go around. 

The resident, who has lived at Pathways for 9 years, wrote:

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you, and to let you all know that I appreciate all that you've done for me the past 9 years!
