On a hot summer day, the last thing anyone wants is a broken air conditioner. Unfortunately, that was the case for resident Luke of Pinnacle at Talega, whose apartment was "85° and climbing" one day this June.  Maintenance Technician Cesar Vega Martinez made sure that Luke was cooling in the comfort of AC in no time.

The resident showed his appreciation by writing the following to Area Manager Carrie Hill:

Your maintenance guy Cesar is an absolute asset to your company. He is always smiling and I feel  he genuinely cares about the tenants. He shows up when he says he will and solves the problem.

I work for one of the largest home builders in their customer care department and would love to have an employee like him.
