Pinnacle at MacArthur gets kudos from resident
While it's often bittersweet to bid farewell to residents who decide not to renew, it's a great feeling to know we made a positive impact on their lives during their time with us.
At Pinnacle at MacArthur, a resident decided it was time to move on, but not before sending a heartfelt appreciation letter to Scott Reinert and Jessica Anderson to recognize the great impression that CM Simon Ma and RPM Tanya Arcilla made upon him.
From his letter, the resident writes:
A company’s profile, reputation, and success are driven by the decisions and actions of its employees. To that end, Ms. Arcilla and Mr. Ma have done an excellent job representing the Essex organization.
A customer expects efficiency, accuracy, prompt customer service, and problem resolution. Ms. Arcilla and Mr. Ma’s professionalism, initiative, honesty, due diligence, and prompt response were great examples of how they provided excellent assistance in solving the tenant issues in the process.
Tanya and Simon, thanks for representing the E-Team and serving as a great example of operational excellence!
