Attention: All Associates

Voyager Admin has implemented a new report in Yardi, “Days Vacant from Move Out and Make Ready.” This new report will replace the “Days Vacant from Make Ready” report, and will allow Essex to more effectively manage vacant units and enhance revenue.
 
Why the change?
The Make Ready date is easily changed, and can be a moving target. For example, when moving a Make Ready date the days vacant follows, but the Move Out date never changes. This does not provide good visibility into problem units and did not allow for a proactive approach to resolution.
 
What’s improved?
The new report will allow associates to better evaluate how long a unit has been vacant and quickly find problem units. 

How to access the report?
Access this report under the reporting function by going to Reporting > Maintenance. Reference the above image to see the location of this report.
