Recently we let you know that the Sourcing & Procurement department is implementing changes that directly benefit Essex and our on-site teams, including running bidding processes that will result in lower costs in a wide range of sourcing categories. Bid Out for Turn Trades
Currently, the Sourcing & Procurement department has initiated a sourcing event for Turn Trades in the categories of turnover apartment janitorial, carpet cleaning, painting and resurfacing.  As part of this process, the team has sent  Request for Proposals (RFPs) to many of our existing Turn Trades vendors. We anticipate this process will continue through the end of May. 
 
Direct Vendor Inquiries to Sourcing & Procurement
All vendors have been requested to submit inquiries and bids directly to Sourcing & Procurement. If any of vendors from these categories should approach you with questions about this process, please direct them to Adrienne Minor at aminor@essex.com or 818-227-2184.
