When scanning a check in CheckScan, does your image look fuzzy and hard to read, like this example below?

  • We hope not! This image is poor quality, which will result in Wells Fargo rejecting this check and possibly the entire batch of checks.
  • When you post a CheckScan batch in which more than 5 checks have image quality issues, Wells Fargo may reject the entire batch.
  • If you’re having image quality issues, stop processing and contact IS Support at 1-844-377-3948 (1-844-ESSEX-IT)
