I love that we can do a general inquiry under Resident Review for “Current Residents” and “pin” the pop-up search box.  It makes it really easy to flip between residents without having to go back to the resident review each time.  The best part is you can search by first name, last name or apartment number.  It’s made renewal follow up, DQ follow up, etc., very easy.
