2017 Essex Career Apparel Program

Ordering Instructions

1.  Go to myicostore.com
2. Log in using your Essex email address and the password 'changeme' or the password you created last season if you did so.
3. Once in the 'My Account' section enter store ID (ESX1) and click GO (do not hit "Enter" on your keyboard). 
4. Shop happily! Full-time associates are given a $400 annual allowance annually, and part-time associates (24 hours per week or less) are given a $200 annual allowance. This allowance may be spent at one time or seasonally, depending on the approval of the Community Manager or Regional Manager. For properties classified as “High Rise,” the annual allowance for Full-time is $600 and part-time is $300.

Troubleshooting
Why can’t I log into my account?

• First, make sure you’re logged into http://myicostore.com
• Your username should be your Essex email address.
• Need to reset your password? Click “Forgot my password” and you’ll receive an email to reset it. This should take a few minutes to receive. If you don't see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. 
• If you’re completely stuck, contact ICO at cs@icouniforms.com or 888-380-5646, ext. 4.

 
Why aren’t my funds in my account?

• Please contact your Regional Assistant. 
• If your current email address is different than the one you originally registered with for your ICO account, and you had a remaining balance in your account, it’s possible that these funds were not rolled over. To correct this and add pending funds to your account, please contact ICO directly at cs@icouniforms.com.
