Please join us in welcoming Jim Weidaw, our new Director of Learning & Development.

Jim is a graduate of Ohio State University and George Washington University. He was previously with Globalfoundries, a semiconductor manufacturer headquartered in Santa Clara where he led the global learning program. In this role, Jim worked to deliver on-demand learning that supported career pathways and key strategic initiatives. Jim also worked to include peer coaching and mentorships as a learning support tool for career development.
