As you know, Essex is committed to making your work environment productive and rewarding.  As a part of this commitment, we are conducting our second E-team member feedback program. We have engaged Kingsley Associates, an independent consulting firm, to conduct our 2017 Survey. Our objective in conducting this survey is to continue obtain a better understanding of how Essex E-team members feel about their job and their work environment and how we may have improved since the last survey.  The questionnaire will ask about your motivation and attitudes towards our company and culture, our leadership, and your team.

Below, please find important information about the survey:

  • Kingsley Associates will conduct the study under strict confidentiality
  • All data will be submitted directly to Kingsley Associates, not Essex
  • Responses will never be attributed to individual E-team members
  • All data will be aggregated by Kingsley Associates prior to delivery to Essex
  • Survey will open on Thursday, January 19, and responses will be accepted through Friday, February 10
  • All E-team members hired prior to November 30, 2016 are eligible to participate
