Steven Higgins, Senior Maintenance Technician at Ellington at Bellevue, is the proud grandfather of Parker Thomas Higgins. 

Parker is Steven's first grandchild, and was born August 24, 2016. It's a neat coincidence that they both have the same birth weight: 6 lbs 8 oz!

Steven will fly out to Michigan to meet his grandson in person in October.
