'Labor Day' has a new meaning for Kelvin Chan from marketing. He and his wife Eva welcomed their second child into the world on Monday, September 5. 

Hazel Chan was born 6 lbs 1 oz, and joins big sister Scarlett. Congratulations, Kelvin and Eva!
