Please welcome John Forde to the Essex team as our new Resource Manager. 
 
John comes to us by way of Puget Sound Energy, where he planned, implemented and managed both their multifamily new construction and retrofit weatherization programs.  He also managed the single family new construction and low income programs.  He has a deep understanding of multifamily building technology and has worked his entire career in the multifamily sector.  Prior to PSE, John worked for Seattle City Light and was a contractor in the Tacoma area.
 
When John is not working, he spends his time cycling, skiing, hiking in the Cascade Mountains, and is an avid nature photographer.  He also spends time with his two grown children that live and work in the Pacific Northwest.
